How to Create an Ad?

To create a new ad, go to Home - Post Ad. Posting an ad is absolutely free but requires you to provide your information. This is done for the security reasons. We don't sell or share your information with any other entities. We are using Stripe to secure payments and protect the financial information that you share in the iProWide app.

How to Schedule an Appointment?

In the Chat window, click on the arrow at the very top of the screen, and you will be presented with the Booking Appointment UI. Enter the required information. Please be careful when choosing between "fixed" and "hourly", as these two options have slightly different workflows. An hourly scenario will allow the User to turn on a timer clock to calculate the price based on the working time, which can be adjusted.

How to renew an ad?

You can only renew an expired Ad. Once Ad has expired, open it, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and select the Renew options. That's it!

How to pay for the service?

Requester: open the My Appointments screen from the general menu and select the applicable Booking ID. Then scroll to the very bottom of the screen and choose "Pay Now".

How to rate my experience in the iProWide app?

You can rate service/experience with another individual once the payment is successfully completed. To rate, please open the applicable Booking ID, scroll to the very bottom of the page, and select the "Rate Service" option.

Go to the Profile page, click on the exclamation symbol and select a practical reason for reporting.
